DV8 brings us the upcoming album from Sonic Youth titled “The Eternal”, which is due to be released June 9, 2009.
Description: After a 30-year career, one of indie rock’s most enduring and influential bands, Sonic Youth, released their sixteenth studio album and their first for the Matador label. Typically experimental, ‘The Eternal’ sees guitarist Thurston Moore and his bassist wife Kim Gordon joined, notably, by ex-Pavement member Mark Ibold.
