This coach will help to run 5km ( 3.1 miles) without stopping or walking. The app is ideal for beginner. In full version the series of interval workouts spanning 9 weeks with bigger and bigger intervals. The idea is to transform you to runner, on a regular basis in just two months.
-20 to 30 minutes workouts, plus a 5 minute warmup and 5 minute cool down
-alternate between intervals of jogging and walking in an increasingly challenging of workouts
-automatic and manual mode for processing of the intervals (steps)
-full program spanning 9 weeks a 3 days ( in this light version 4 weeks for test) , but you can start at any point
-voice prompts or beep sound (or both) tell you when to jog and when to walk
